And They Call It a Hip-Hop Station......Hot 97 Hires Perez Hilton




Yes, I said it! Perez Hilton has been hired to join the Hot 97 crew. I thought Hot 97 was a Hip-Hop station? So why are they adding Perez Hilton to the roster? I mean, he is the "blogsite God," but is this really a good move for a supposedly Hip-Hop radio station? How does all of my hip-hop heads out there feel about this? Reportedly, he has his own segment, which will air for the first time on May 5, 2008.




Now, we all know that he is going to be stirring up some added drama about Hip-Hop stars. I can just see it now.....50 cent beefing with Perez Hilton. Hey, it can happen. :) I have to hand it to him though. He is doing his thing in the internet world.
