Last year, R. Kelly was supposed to come out with 12 Play: Fourth Quarter. However, it was never officially released to retail circuits. Well, it seems the R&B crooner is going back to the drawing board. After the album was leaked online last year, he renamed the album and is recording new tracks in Atlanta, GA. I assume Kellz wasn't happy about the leak either judging from this statement made in an Atlanta club, "I'm working on a new album and I'm calling that muthafucka Untitled. Y'all call it what y'all want." I would be mad too if I had to re-record an album that I worked on for months due to premature release. A song titled, "Make Me Love Her" ft. Plies is rumored to be single potential. That track was actually leaked online earlier this year, but was pulled. As of yet, Akon, Sean Paul, Lil Jon, Ron Browz, Flo Rida, Danja, and Polow Da Don. I am sure there will be many updates as news of this album unfolds.

I don't know if R. Kelly really learned his lesson. Yesterday, he had an interview on BET. When he was asked if he had a weakness for teenage girls, Kells replied, "When you say teenage, how old do you mean? I have some 19-year-old friends, but I don’t like anyone illegal if that’s what we are talking about, underage.” If I were him, I would stay away from anyone in the teenager range period...LOL! That was a real b****a*s move on R. Kelly's part too. I have always felt like Joe was underrated in the industry.
Joe has left Jive and isn't bitter about this situation with R. Kelly. In fact, he is happy with going the independent route. His upcoming album New Man will be released on September 22nd on Kedar Entertainment Group. I really think it's messed up R. Kelly was hatin' like that. I do love R. Kelly's music so don't get me wrong, but he was foul for this one...

Kelly went on the trial of his life for what seems to be about a lifetime but my question to you is did he learn his lesson? Better yet, what was he doing those years when he kept pushing back those court dates? Apparently he was still talking to underage girls! This source is so reliable that I will put up my car for those who think its a lie. R. Kelly aka King of the Mall Girls apparently tried to talk to a 17 year old girl last year at his house by passing his number to her on the sly.
The young 17 year old girl was hanging out with her god brother who plays basketball with Freaky Kellz, had them over at his home. The girl who we will still call jail bait said R.Kelly 40 something year old ass pass his number to her when they were leaving. She said after he brought Beggars Pizza for them that he just talk to them like they went to school together. Good thing Ms. Jail Bait wasn't faze by his star power to give him a call. I ask her why she didn't give him a call? Her reaction was "What do he have to talk to me about"? My point exactly! I'm not saying he was trying to make her his next co-star but why would you want to hang out with a girl that just turned 17 when you are on trial for being a pervert? I guess you can do anything you want as long as you make a hot song.
What happened to Kells? I haven't heard about him since he was acquitted from his Child Pornography Trial. The question is, however, do you think he has learned his lesson? Hopefully, he is staying out of trouble and not trapped in a young girls' closet. Haha!!! Maybe he will remember how he almost went to jail and not repeat the same behavior.

With the way that this music industry is going, it wouldn't surprise me if he scores some more hits. CHICAGO -- The jurors in the R. Kelly child-pornography trial didn't doubt whether it was the singer on the tape — they just doubted whether it was the girl prosecutors said it was.
"I thought it was R. Kelly on the tape," juror #9 said after the verdict was rendered. "I just wasn't 100 percent on the girl."
The five jurors who agreed to speak to the press following their not-guilty verdict said they felt the state hadn't presented enough evidence and that having the alleged victim on the stand would have made the difference.
"The key problem was the identity of the female," juror #23 said. "Her absence was a major lack."
"The family was too divided," said juror #9, who in the preliminary votes had voted for a guilty verdict. "So you had to discount the family testimony either way."
This didn't mean that the jurors bought all the defense arguments wholesale. The missing mole, for instance, was a non-issue, they said. They didn't want to examine the video any further, either.
"I've seen that video way too many times," juror #21 said. "The first time was too many."
Being sequestered — and the prospect of remaining sequestered over Father's Day — was not a factor in their quick verdict, they said.
"We wanted to go home, but we knew what we had to do," said juror #21. Nodding in agreement was juror #40, who just earlier that day had asked to be relieved of duty.
Had he — or juror #40 — been relieved, the vote would have gone very differently, said the three alternates who were dismissed earlier in the day. Jurors 65, 73 and 72 said in a separate news conference before the verdict was rendered that they were leaning toward guilty. "My opinion leans towards that it is him with the girl in the video," said juror #65.
Things might have also gone differently had evidence of Kelly's marriage to a then-15-year-old Aaliyah or the criminal sexual conduct lawsuits against him been part of the case, the seated jurors said, but that was not what they were given to consider.
"I didn't even know about that," juror #23 said. "But as jurors, we have to act within the confines of the law and what is legally presented."
"It's all just speculation," juror #21 said. "Who knows what we would have found [otherwise]?"
The jurors have reached their final verdict in R. Kelly's child pornography trial. Today, he was acquitted on all 14 counts of videotaping himself having sex with an underage girl. I can't believe that he escaped jail time. It is clear that this man loves to have sex with young girls. How do you feel about this? I want to hear your comments on this one.
A surprise witnessed stepped forward in the R. Kelly case. As a result, the trial has adjorned for the moment. Reportedly, an undisclosed man made a phone call, which could discredit previous testimonies during the trial. At this time, the defense team is examining this vital information, which could impact the case in a big way. I know I am not the only one who is wondering who this mystery man is. I wonder what he has to say and how it will impact the case?
The judge in the R. Kelly case, rock the singer and his defense team, by allowing at least one witness to testify to an alleged sexual encounter with Kelly beyond the one recorded on the video.
The witness will testify that she had sexual encounters with both R. Kelly and the minor that many people said to be the young girl in the 15 minute porn video who’s believe age at that time is 13 years old. But the young girl and her family has says she is not the female shown in the tape, which is the main reason this case has been drawn out for so long. Still the prosecution is very confident in their case against R. Kelly’s defense team to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.
Not only will the key witness tell the jury of her sexual relationship with R.Kelly but how she also had a three-way sexual encounter with freaky Kellz and the young girl. To propel her testimony, the prosecutors have about four dozen witnesses who will identify the girl, Kelly or both and one other witness that will identify the girl on the tape and testify that she was a minor at the time.
The R&B crooner is look at facing up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
