I meant to post this video sooner, but here it is, nonetheless. This song is straight fire!! I love it. I'm glad to see The Clipse back at it again. The song is catchy is the beat has that trademark Neptunes sound that we all love. It's dopeness!!

It's no surprise that a lot of people are anticipating Jay-Z's Blueprint 3 this year. Jay-Z is on record saying that the album will be released by the end of the year. Do you really think that we will hear the album at the end of the year though or it it safe to say the album may not come out until early next year? Jay Z said that he and Kanye West have laid down a lot of tracks for the album. There were rumors that other producers may be on the project, which includes Pharrell Williams of the Neptunes. In a recent interview with MTV News, the multi-talented producer said, "Of course,” when asked whether Jay had called him to work on Blueprint 3. He then took a long pause before refusing to divulge any more info. “He don’t like for you to say so much.” Williams is working with a lot of artists he can talk about right now. We were in the studio with him recently in Atlanta and had a sneak preview of some beats he did for Diddy and the Clipse. One Puff track that really stuck out has the potential to be huge if Diddy does it right. “Puff’s album is crazy,” Williams promised. “Y’all should know that. It’s pretty serious. It’s innovative. “[Lil] Wayne and I had an interesting conversation,” he added about his slate of production work. “We just did Fall Out Boy. We did Cassie, Jadakiss, going in with Fab[olous]. … I can’t think. It’s a bunch of stuff.”
It looks like Pharrell is not saying much about working with Jay-Z. For all of you Jigga fans, we know that Pharrell is one of Jay-Z's go-to guys as far as production is concerned. I guess the jury is out on whether we will really see the album in December. My prediction is that there may be a push back or two. Who knows? I know I would rather hear the album sooner than later.
I love this video!!! It's all futuristic, psychodelic and everything else you could think of! You know Common must've spent some major stacks on this one. This is definitely a hot joint. I have been rocking this song in my car for a while. This sound is a little different for Common, but kinda reminds me of what he was doing on that Electric Circus album, which was highly experimental. I think that was when he was messing around with Erykah Badu and she twisted up his head a little bit. It seems that he is still trying to be creative without Ms. Badu. I can't wait to hear the new Common album, which drops on sometime in November. Oh, and another plus to this video is Pharrell!!!! You know I am a big fan!! Haha!! What do you think about the video?

If you are not familiar when them, then it is that collaboration album with Pharrell, Lupe Fiasco, and Kanye West. I can't wait to hear it. A source tells me that the album is bananas and currently in process. Anyway, let me know what you think of the video. You know I love it. Rumor has it that one of my favorite producers is expecting a child, according to Page Six. Supposedly, she is a model-type chick and has been tagging along backstage during his performances. If he is not ready for a child yet, then he better prepare soon! Haha! Apparently, this woman's belly is huge! Children are a lot of work, speaking from experience, but a joy in the same breath. Congrats to Skateboard P and don't get heartbroken out there ladies. Haha!

After just releasing his album Trilla on May 11th, Rick Ross is already preparing for a follow-up, which is due for release later this year. A new single for the upcoming album titled "Get Down," which features Pharrell Williams, has leaked online. Pharrell, who is my favorite producer, seems to be on a lot of tracks lately. Check out the new joint below from rapper Common. The song is titled "Universal Mind Control" and features one of my favorite producers Pharrell. It is unclear as to whether this will be the lead single from his upcoming album Invincible Summer, which is scheduled for release in July. Reportedly, the album will feature production from The Neptunes and Mr. DJ. This new track reminds me of his album Electric Circus. He was criticized for the album, but I was digging the feel of it. "Universal Mind Control" displays a different vibe from Common that was displayed on his album Electric Circus, which was released in 2002. The track has a futuristic vibe and is something that people can dance to. Big ups to my boy Common for keeping the people guessing. You know I am buying this album.
