Quincy Jones has gone Senile
I recently heard on the Radio that Quincy Jones is in Lil Wayne's new documentary and he states: "Lil Wayne is the Tupac of his generation.." Quincy, I have the utmost respect for you as a producer and musician but you are really showing your age with this statement. Lil Wayne's Carter 3 is luke warm at best and there is no Tupac of this generation just like there was no Tupac of your generation; there was a Michael Jackson, Prince and Stevie Wonder. Why do people think they can just throw around outlandish claims like comparing Wayne to Tupac? First of all, Tupac has about 5 classic albums: Thug life, All Eyez on Me, Me Against the World, Makaveli etc. are all killing Wayne's hottest album which at this point is probably one of his mixtapes. Tupac would have never put out an album with 500 producers and cameos like Wayne did with this POP tart album the Carter 3. Tupac kept it in the family and worked with unknown producers that he clicked with. Quincy, you have officially lost your marbles.
