Busta Rhymes Dropped By Label...



Well, another artist has been dropped by their respective label, and that person is Busta Rhymes. Reportedly, Busta has been dropped by Interscope Records, for what some are saying, over an argument between the rapper and Interscope Geffen A&M chairman Jimmy Iovine. Is Busta crazy for arguing with the chief of a label? What did he think would happen? I do not know why they argued and all, but who knows what they were arguing about though. A lot of these labels are shiesty nowadays so Busta Rhymes probably had a good reason to be arguing with Jimmy. Maybe it had something to do with the direction of his upcoming project Blessed, which was supposed to come out in July, but has now been pushed back with no release date? I think Busta probably will get picked up by another label, but if not, I think he should just roll out and do his own thing. Nowadays, people are making moves without major label backing and just settling for the independent route.
