When people talk about hot songwriters sometimes the first person they mention is Neyo who is without a doubt one of the hottest songwriters in the game. But Adonis Shropshire is one of the most in-demand songwriters that many people don't talk enough about to me. If you don't know the name maybe you know the hits.

He wrote #1 hits for such superstars like Usher (Grammy winning "My Boo" featuring Alicia Keys), Beyonce ("Summertime"), Ciara ("And I"),Chris Brown ("Say Goodbye"), Mariah Carey, Nicole (of the Pussy Cat Dolls), Enrique Iglesias, Omarion, Gwen Stefani, Mario, Cherish, Ciara (EVOLUTION), Mary J. Adonis started in the industry as a member of a R&B group but after the group disbanded he turned his focus to songwriting. That song became his first placement that went to JLo.
