From the Ice Cream Man to Black Entertainment CEO/Throwback Joint-"Ice Cream Man" by Master P

Master P has come along from shouting uhhhhhhh to now being a devoted father and businessman. He did his music thang, got himself an acting gig on his son's show, and has a clothing line. Now, he is conquering black entertainment television. Yup! That's right! P Miller now has his own television channel, which is devoted to black entertainment. The channel is called BBTV, which stands for Better Black Television. BBTV is going to be more positive than BET I guess. I am not knocking him for trying to do positive things. He has really changed from those "Bout It, Bout It" days. An old Master P throwback track just came to mind. Remember when he came out with "Ice Cream Man?" This was his first track from what I remember and it used to be the jam, even though it didn't really make sense. Haha! Do you ever get those moments when you used to like something so much and then when you watch it years later you realize that it didn't make sense? Well, this is one of those moments! Haha! Look at them selling some ice cream out the back of their car. This video was so corny, but I gotta admit it was the jam when I was in high school. Let me know what you think!

Cut 'Em Off!

Omarion has wacked "her" hair off now! Oh excuse me! I meant to say he wacked off his hair! Hehe....Anyway, I guess cutting your hair is now the trend for these guys with braids. Busta cut his signature dreads and opted for a shorter doo. Trey Songz recently cuts his braids and now we have Omarion getting slick too. I can't knock these guys though. I cut my hair short for the first time a while ago and I love it. It never hurts to try something new. Well, maybe he wants to try something new since he will be working with Timbaland for his upcoming album.

It's Just ADD Solange

Solange is shocked by the fact that she has recently been diagnosed with ADD, which is Attention Deficit Disorder. ADD is basically a psychological disorder in which an individual has shortened attention spans, memory loss, difficulty concentrating for long periods of time, and failure to follow through with tasks. Apparently, before her "Sandcastle Disco" song premiered, she got two seperate opinions from two seperate doctors before she just took the news for what it was....you got ADD girl!! However, Solange does not like the news and is panicking about it. I mean, I am a pysch major and have dealt with people who have this disorder firsthand and yes it can be difficult at times to deal with the person, but she better be glad that she doesn't have ADHD, which is a lot worse than ADD. She can take medication for this, but I would advise her not to. I mean, she seems to get along fine without it so why should she start taking meds now? I really don't believe in meds for pyschological intervention not unless the situation is severe, due to the fact the individual can get dependent on them. There are a lot of ways to deal with ADD without meds. The singer even said that she thinks everyone in the music industry has it. I don't know about that one though....

Behind the Scenes of Common's New Video's

Check out Common behind the scenes for his upcoming videos "Universal Mind Control" and "Announcement." I am totally psyched about this new Common album. My boys The Neptunes are producing most of the album. Yay!!! Haha! Common aka Common Sense has been making music for a long time and I am happy that his music is reaching a wider audience and he is now even evolving as an actor. Common will be in the new Terminator 4 movie too. My brother who works at a military base in Albuquerque, NM sent me a text the other day telling me that he saw Common on the set of the movie last week. So I guess the movie is currently being filmed in New Mexico. He said Common said hi to him, which is cool. He also saw Christian Bale who is also in the movie. For all of my hip-hop heads out there, remember when he came out with "I Used to Love Her" in the early 90's? That was the joint! Anyway, both of these singles sound pretty good. I have been listening to "Universal Mind Control" for a few months now and I really love the song. It is a lot different than what you are used to from Common. Video Premiere-"Watch Dis" by Plies

There is nothing really exciting about this video not unless you just like seeing Plies stuntin' in front of the screen throwing cash around. if you ask me, he could have stepped it up a notch on the video. It looks a tad bit low budget to me compared to what he usually does. And I thought he released "Please Excuse My Hands" not too along ago anyway?
